I have not watched the Facebook video that shows the final moments of the life of Robert Godwin, Sr., and I sincerely hope that you have not either.
"They have reviewers in Asia, they have reviewers in Europe and they have reviewers in North America", Balkam says.
During a frantic call to 911, people at the scene of Sunday's fatal Facebook shooting are instructed by the dispatcher to provide medical attention to the 74-year-old victim, Robert Godwin, Sr.
No confirmed sightings of Stephens were reported as the search moved into Monday.
Police in Philadelphia say they have "no indication" that the suspect in an apparently random killing in Cleveland is in Philadelphia. And in 2015, a shooter killed a TV journalist and her cameraman during a live-TV broadcast before posting his own video of the killing on Facebook.
"He could be nearby".
"At this point, he could be a lot of places", Stephen Anthony, special agent in charge of the FBI's Cleveland division, said this morning.
They say Stephens should be considered armed and unsafe.
They spoke briefly again the next day, his mother said.
Mr Williams said the shooter, Steve Stephens, 37, is armed "without a doubt".
Stephens filed for bankruptcy two years ago despite holding down a job as a counselor helping young people develop job skills and find employment. A few minutes after that, he went live and confessed.

An event nearly 16 months in the making is going down right this moment at the Animal Adventure Park in Harpursville, New York . Patch says the natural curiosity surrounding giraffes and their birthing process has been a huge factor in drawing crowds.
Federal partners have remained on the ground since then, but Williams said police anticipated heading back to the area today for a further search when they received word Stephens was dead.

"I am sorry that all of this has happened", Lane told CBS News in a text message.
Stephens, who has no prior criminal record, is not suspected in any other murders, police said.
The video showing the murder went unreported for nearly two hours after it was uploaded.
He claims to have killed more than 10 people in a Facebook video that has since been taken down.
"Early in this investigation, we did have contact with him, direct contact with our detectives", Williams said.
Beech Brook spokeswoman Nancy Kortemeyer said Sunday that news of the shooting shocked and horrified the agency.
An extensive background check before he was hired turned up nothing worrisome, she said.
Stephens took the position in April of 2015, after working as a youth mentor at Beech Brook.
Some of those who know Stephens described him as pleasant and kind, while some said he had a gambling problem.
