People love the royals, people love babies - people will lose it over royal babies.

Paddy Power has been forced to suspending betting for Kate's due date as they have been inundated with bets that she will go into labour on our before Sunday.

With Kate Middleton expected to give birth over the coming weeks, excitement is already growing in the build-up to the arrival of her third child.

In the age of social media, news travels fast, but the Royal family have got on board with technology and use it to communicate with the media and public.

"Like William, Harry, George and Charlotte, the royal baby will be born in the Lindo Wing, a private facility that offers world-class maternity care and costs £5,900/$8,300 for a standard room for a night".

Pregnant Kate Middleton will reportedly give birth to the third royal baby with Prince William this month.

In its current brochure online The Lindo Wing advertises a range of private modern rooms with en suites, or actual "hotel-like" suites and deluxe accommodation.

Kate Middleton is due to deliver her third child this month, though the exact date has never been released by Kensington Palace.

Princess Charlotte was also named two days after she was born, on May 4, with a formal announcement revealing her name as Charlotte Elizabeth Diana.

"The first indication that the baby is on the way will come via [the Kensington Royal Twitter feed], who announce that the Duchess has been admitted to hospital in labor", she tweeted.

Consultant obstetrician Guy Thorpe-Beeston and consultant gynaecologist Alan Farthing will be among the team, two senior medics who were involved the delivery of the couple's other children.

The couple are said to be hugely grateful for the warm wishes they have received from members of the public in the United Kingdom and across the globe since Kate's pregnancy announcement previous year.
