New York Giants vs Dallas Cowboys Mon. Oct. 25th 8:30pm EST

The NFC East is one of the most competitive divisions in the NFL today with four teams (Washington Redskins, Philadelphia Eagles, New York Giants and Dallas Cowboys) that can contend for the division title and a playoff spot in the NFC Conference every single season.

This season the Dallas Cowboys were considered to be the team to beat in the NFC East division and the entire NFC Conference for the matter as they had arguably one of the most potent offenses in the league, but after the first six weeks of the season things aren’t looking too good for Tony Romo and company as they only have one win coming into this divisional showdown with the New York Giants in Week 7 for some incredible NFL football betting. Tonight is Game 6 of the 2010 ALCS.  The Texas Rangers currently lead 3-2 over the New York Yankees and look to close this Championship out tonight while the Yankees will look to even the series making Game 7 the deciding factor on Saturday night.

The Rangers will look to Colby Lewis to take them home.  For the postseason, Lewis is 1-0 with an ERA of 1.69 for his two playoff starts with the win being from NLCS Game 2 against the Yankees, 7-2.  He allowed just two runs in 5 2/3 innings for that game.  Then in the ALDS against the Tampa Bay Rays, in Game 3, he allowed no runs over five frames.  Right now, the Rangers seem pretty confident in what Lewis can do for them but they also know that if he can’t bring it home for them that Cliff Lee can on Saturday night. NFL Week 7: Jacksonville Jaguars vs Kansas City Chiefs Sportsbook odds and predictions
Added October 22nd, 2010 by Scott

Jacksonville Jaguars vs Kansas City Chiefs Sun. Oct. 24th 1pm EST

The Kansas City Chiefs have been one of the worst teams in the NFL for quite some time now and seemed to fall to last place in the AFC West division year in and out, but this season things have really started to turn around in Kansas City as the Chiefs have turned into a force to be reckoned with.

Starting the season with a win over the division rival San Diego Chargers (21-14) and then following it up with two more wins over the Cleveland Browns (16-14) and the San Francisco 49ers (31-10), the Kansas City Chiefs had proven they were for real and could very well be on their way to an AFC West division title as they were the only undefeated team left coming into Week 5, but they had to go up against Peyton Manning and the Indianapolis Colts and were unable to get the win. NFL Week 7: St. Louis Rams vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers Sportsbook odds and predictions
Added October 22nd, 2010 by Ryan

St. Louis Rams vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers Sun. Oct. 24th 1pm EST

The consensus heading into this NFL regular season was that the St. Louis Rams and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers were headed towards yet another year of disappointment as they didn’t have the most promising squads, but despite the odds being against them, the Rams and the Bucs have played surprisingly well to start the year and have three wins a piece to show for it heading into their head to head matchup in Week 7.

Obviously, both the Rams and the Bucs are a stretch to make it into the playoffs as their divisions are pretty competitive right now, but they continue to surprise teams week in and week out and anything can happen from here on out.

The two most surprising things about these two up and coming teams this season has been the play of the young quarterbacks as Rams rookie quarterback Sam Bradford (Oklahoma) has played as advertised and Bucs quarterback Josh Freeman has started to turn some heads with his impressive play. NFL Week 7: New England Patriots vs San Diego Chargers Sportsbook odds and predictions
Added October 21st, 2010 by Ryan

New England Patriots vs San Diego Chargers Sun. Oct. 24th 4:15pm EST

The San Diego Chargers are a very talented football team and have dominated the AFC West division over the past decade, but even though they are infamously slow starters, this season has been rougher than most with just two wins in the first six games of the season and two losses within the division (Oakland Raiders and Kansas City Chiefs).

Fortunately for the Chargers, Philip Rivers and company have an opportunity to turn around their season with a win over the New England Patriots in Week 7. Even though the Patriots are adjusting to life without superstar wide receiver Randy Moss (traded to the Minnesota Vikings), they played surprisingly well without him and were able to beat one of the best teams in the league last week in the Baltimore Ravens. Oakland Raiders vs Denver Broncos Sun. Oct. 24th 4:15pm EST

The AFC West division has notoriously been one of the worst divisions in the NFL for quite some time with the San Diego Chargers winning the division title almost annually, but this season the division has been turned upside down with the San Diego Chargers struggling and the Kansas City Chiefs leading the way.

As of right now, the Kansas City Chiefs look like they are destine to win the AFC West division title, but if the Oakland Raiders and the Denver Broncos get back on track they have a good shot at contending within the division and getting back into the playoffs. When it comes to the playoffs, make sure to do your NFL football betting at a world class sportsbook. Continue Reading…

The San Francisco Giants secured a 3-1 lead over the Philadelphia Phillies in last night’s game.  They’ll look to put an end to the 2010 NLCS and get their ticket to the World Series and get the Phillies a one-way ticket back home.  If they are unable to succeed tonight then the Giants will travel to Philadelphia for a game on Sunday.

The Giants will put starting pitcher Tim Lincecum on the mound for Game 5 tonight.  Linecum has already achieved one win in the NLCS and will hope to achieve another postseason win.  In Game 1, he did allow two home runs in an inning that isn’t even worth talking about; however, he played well enough to get the Giants the first win of the NLCS.  Continue Reading…

NFL Week 7: Washington Redskins vs Chicago Bears Sportsbook odds and predictions
Added October 20th, 2010 by Ryan

Washington Redskins vs Chicago Bears Sun. Oct. 24th 1pm EST

The NFC Conference has proven to be pretty tough and unpredictable this season as some of the conference’s best teams have struggled this year and others have exceeded expectations.

Two teams in the conference that continue to play well every single week on both sides of the football are the revamped Washington Redskins and the defensive minded Chicago Bears. Even though both of these teams have talented players, many people didn’t expect them to do much of anything this season as they were set to compete against Super Bowl title contenders within their divisions like the Dallas Cowboys and the Minnesota Vikings. Pittsburgh Steelers vs Miami Dolphins Sun. Oct. 24th 1pm EST

The Pittsburgh Steelers came into this NFL regular season with a lot of question marks surrounding their storied franchise as the defense seemed to lose its edge last season and two-time Super Bowl champion quarterback Ben Roethlisberger was about to serve a four game suspension.

Fortunately, even though a lot of people believed that the Cincinnati Bengals and the Baltimore Ravens were the teams to beat in the AFC North division, the Pittsburgh Steelers have played much better than expected over the first six weeks of the season and as a result are in first place in the division with a 4-1 record. 2010 NLCS Game 4 – Philadelphia Phillies @ San Francisco Giants October 20, 2010 7:57 p.m. ET
Added October 20th, 2010 by Stacy

The San Francisco Giants head into Game 4 of the 2010 NLCS with a 2-1 lead in the series against the Philadelphia Phillies.  The Giants will look to secure that lead with another win while the Phillies will look to tie the series.

The Giants, who have been out-pitching the Phillies in the Championship Series this year, will put left-handed 21-year-old rookie Madison Bumgarner on the mound for Game 4 tonight.  Against Atlanta in the clincher for the NLDS, he pitched six innings allowing only two runs.  Through the regular season, this first year starter went 7-6 with a 3.00 earned run average.  For the postseason, he is 1-0 with a 3.00 ERA.
