New York Giants @ Philadelphia Eagles Sun. Nov. 21st 2010 8:20pm EST
The Philadelphia Eagles came into Week 10 against former superstar quarterback Donovan McNabb and the division rival Washington Redskins with high hopes of getting some revenge for their Week 4 loss, but no one expected to see versatile quarterback Michael Vick have the game of his life as he had 413 total yards (333 passing, 80 rushing) and six total touchdowns (four passing, two rushing).
Not only was Vick able to lead the Eagles to a dominant 59-28 victory over the Redskins, but he has really gotten people talking about the possibility of him being the league’s best player this year and winning the NFL MVP. Continue Reading…
Indianapolis Colts vs New England Patriots Sun. Nov. 21st 2010 4:15pm EST
There are a lot of divisional rivalries in the NFL these days that much anticipated throughout the NFL regular season and never seem to disappoint, but there is one matchup that isn’t a divisional rivalry which is always a battle from start to finish when superstar quarterbacks Peyton Manning and Tom Brady go head to head.
This year the Indianapolis Colts have been dubbed the team to win it all before the NFL regular season began, but just past the halfway point, Peyton Manning and company might struggle to even win the AFC South division. This matchup is always a great NFL football betting opportunity. Continue Reading…
Chicago Bears @ Miami Dolphins Thurs. Nov. 18th 2010 8:20pm EST
The Chicago Bears have been a pretty streaky team this season with a lot of problems on the offensive side of the football, but they are coming off an impressive win over the Minnesota Vikings in Week 10 and are now in a first place tie in the NFC North division (with the Green Bay Packers) heading into Miami against the Dolphins in Week 11.
Despite having multiple quarterbacks going down with injury last week against the Tennessee Titans, the Miami Dolphins were still able to come out of Week 10 with an impressive 29-17 victory. Continue Reading…
Denver Broncos @ San Diego Chargers Mon. Nov. 22nd 2010 8:30pm EST
The AFC West division is usually one of the worst divisions in the league and dominated by the San Diego Chargers every single season, but this year things have completely changed within the division as the Kansas City Chiefs and the Oakland Raiders have taken control of the AFC West and left both the San Diego Chargers and the Denver Broncos far behind. Continue Reading…
Philadelphia Eagles @ Washington Redskins Mon. Nov. 15th 2010 8:30pm EST
The Philadelphia Eagles has officially become Michael Vick’s team and for good reason as the lightening quick quarterback as quickly gotten back to form ever since becoming the starting QB for head coach Andy Reid. Not only has Vick driven opposing defenses crazy this season, but it could be argued that he has played even better than he did when he was under center for the Atlanta Falcons. Continue Reading…
Dallas Cowboys @ New York Giants Sun. Nov. 14th 2010 4:15pm EST
The NFC East division is arguably one of the most competitive divisions in the NFL today, but heading into Week 10 the New York Giants are sporting a 6-2 and are sitting pretty comfortably in first place. Even though the Philadelphia Eagles and possibly the Washington Redskins could give Eli Manning and company a run for their money in the race for the division title, the New York Giants look like they could cruise into the playoffs, especially since they have a chance to improve to 7-2 with another win over the Dallas Cowboys in Week 10. Kansas City Chiefs @ Denver Broncos Sun. Nov. 14th 2010 4:05pm EST
The AFC West division has been a joke over the past half decade or so as the San Diego Chargers have just dominated the competition and come out with the division title in six of the last seven years, but this season things have really started to change as the Kansas City Chiefs and the Oakland Raiders have turned into the two best teams within the division.
Coming into Week 10, the Kansas City Chiefs (5-3) will be heading into the Mile High City to take on the lowly Denver Broncos (2-6) and even though Matt Cassel and company have played extremely well this season, they are coming off a disappointing loss the Oakland Raiders (23-20) and will be looking to keep their first place standing in the AFC West division with a win over Josh McDaniels’ squad. Continue Reading…
St. Louis Rams @ San Francisco 49ers Sun. Nov. 14th 2010 4:15pm EST
The St. Louis Rams have been arguably one of the worst teams in the league ever since future Hall of Fame quarterback and former NFL MVP Kurt Warner headed to the New York Giants, but even though this team has been through a few quarterbacks over the years looking for a replacement, they may have finally found the answer in rookie Sam Bradford out of Oklahoma.
It was uncertain how well this rookie quarterback would play coming into this NFL regular season as he had not one, but two major shoulder injuries in his final year with the Sooners, but fortunately for the Rams he has played up to the hype of a number one overall pick. Continue Reading…
New England Patriots @ Pittsburgh Steelers Sun. Nov. 14th 2010 8:20pm EST
No one was really certain what kind of team the New England Patriots would be this season as they have to contend with the New York Jets in the AFC East division and had a questionable defense filled with unproven young players, but so far they have played much better than anticipated with a 6-3 record coming into Week 10’s matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Even though the Pittsburgh Steelers were in a similar boat coming into this season, Mike Tomlin’s squad has also exceeded expectations up to this point in the NFL regular season and will face arguably their toughest opponent in Tom Brady’s New England Patriots this week at Heinz Field. Continue Reading…
Cincinnati Bengals @ Indianapolis Colts Sun. Nov. 14th 2010 1pm EST
The Indianapolis Colts got a rude awakening last week when they were seemingly helpless to stop quarterback Michael Vick (218 passing yards, 74 rushing yards and two total touchdowns) and the Philadelphia Eagles 26-24.
Even though it was their third loss of the season, Peyton Manning and company are still in the mix for the AFC South division title with the Tennessee Titans, but they will have to get back to their winning ways this week against the Cincinnati Bengals. Continue Reading…
