#1 Green Bay Packers (12-0)

The defending Super Bowl champion Green Bay Packers came into Week 13 with perhaps another tough test ahead of them against a desperate and talented New York Giants team at New Meadowlands Stadium. Despite getting run for their money by the Giants on Sunday night, the Packers were able to come out on top and improve their perfect record to 12-0 and have kept their hopes alive of finishing the season at 16-0. NFL Week 14: Cleveland Browns @ Pittsburgh Steelers Thursday night football
Added December 8th, 2011 by Scott

The AFC North division title may be out of reach at this point in the NFL regular season for the defending AFC champion Pittsburgh Steelers with the Baltimore Ravens almost certainly winning the division and moving on to the playoffs, but the Steelers are still in the running for the AFC Wild Card and could take one step closer to clinching a playoff spot with a win over the lowly Cleveland Browns in Week 14. Is Brett Favre considering joining the Chicago Bears and coming out of retirement?
Added December 5th, 2011 by Ryan

Over the past few weeks of the NFL regular season, the Chicago Bears have gone from a team destined to make a run at clinching a playoff spot in the NFC Conference to a team that has completely fallen apart with season-ending injuries to key players. With franchise quarterback Jay Cutler going down with a broken thumb, the Bears have been forced to go with backup Caleb Haine under center and so far the results are two straight losses. The Tim Tebow haters around the country and in the media are just waiting for the former Heisman trophy winner to fail and lose his second game as the Denver Broncos’ starting quarterback this season. Even though every single week people doubt this unorthodox quarterback out of Florida, Tebow continues to prove that he can play the quarterback position in the NFL and lead the Broncos to victory on any given Sunday. Green Bay Packers @ New York Giants Sun. Dec. 4, 2011 4:15 p.m. EST

The perfect season continues! With 11 straight wins and a seemingly unstoppable offense led by NFL MVP frontrunner Aaron Rodgers, the defending Super Bowl champion Green Bay Packers look like the best team in the league once again. Even though the defense has struggled at times this season and looked like a big weakness of the Packers, Green Bay continues to fire on all cylinders heading into their Week 13 matchup with the New York Giants. NFL Week 13: Cincinnati Bengals @ Pittsburgh Steelers
Added December 4th, 2011 by James

Cincinnati Bengals @ Pittsburgh Steelers Sun. Dec. 4, 2011 1 p.m. EST

The AFC North division is pretty much wrapped up at this point in time with the Baltimore Ravens leading the way after beating the Pittsburgh Steelers twice and taking down the up-and-coming Cincinnati Bengals a few weeks ago. Now that the division title is out of reach for the Bengals and the Steelers (realistically), these two talented football teams will be shooting for a playoff spot in the AFC Conference with the AFC Wild Card.

In Week 13, the Cincinnati Bengals will try and keep their playoff hopes alive with Andy Dalton and company going on the road to face off against the division rival Pittsburgh Steelers at Heinz Field. Even though the Steelers have been favored to win almost every time these two teams has faced off recently, the consensus is that the Bengals are a force to be reckoned with this season and could beat any team in the league on any given Sunday.

Obviously, this team led by rookie quarterback Andy Dalton still has a lot of learning to do as they seriously lack experience department, but they did give the Steelers a run for their money in their last meeting (24-17, Week 10). This time around the AFC North division showdown will take place in Pittsburgh which once again gives the edge to Ben Roethlisberger and company.

As of right now, the Pittsburgh Steelers are favored to win this AFC North battle at Heinz Field with a -7 point spread. This spread does seem fair and possible that the Steelers could win and cover, but I believe the Bengals will give Pittsburgh another tough challenge and make this game much closer than anticipated.

Atlanta Falcons @ Houston Texans Sun. Dec. 4, 2011 4:15 p.m. EST

With the Houston Texans on the verge of making the playoffs for the first time in franchise history by clinching the AFC South division title in the coming weeks, this team has finally become relevant in the NFL and a legitimate force to be reckoned with in the AFC Conference. Despite this being the case, this season has been a nightmare for the Houston franchise as they have suffered season-ending injury after season-ending injury to key players on both sides of the football. The Dallas Cowboys have gone through some drastic up-and-downs this season with plenty of criticism along the way, but it seems that America’s Team might have finally hit their stride as Tony Romo and company continue to fire on all cylinders. With four straight wins, the Cowboys have been able to leave the rest of the teams in the NFC East division in the dust as they are now sitting in first place and can see the division title on the horizon. The Donovan McNabb era in Minnesota is officially over as the Vikings have decided to waive the veteran quarterback in order to avoid paying the $1.6 million remaining on his contract for this season. With that being said, the 13-year veteran will be available to be picked up by other teams around the league and with all the recent injuries to starting quarterback like Jay Cutler (Chicago Bears), Matt Cassel (Kansas City Chiefs), Matt Schaub (Houston Texans) and Matt Leinart (Houston Texans) there should be no shortage of interested parties.
