NFL Week 12: Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs Baltimore Ravens Sportsbook odds and predictions
Added November 24th, 2010 by Scott

Tampa Bay Buccaneers @ Baltimore Ravens Sun. Nov. 28th 2010 4:15pm EST

The Baltimore Ravens are flying pretty high right now as they are without a doubt a legitimate Super Bowl title contender and leading the way in the AFC North division, but they are coming off a disappointing loss to the Atlanta Falcons (26-21) and will look to get back on track in Week 12 against another NFC South opponent in the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Even though the Bucs have been a nonfactor in the NFL for quite some time now, this season they have been arguably the most surprising team in the league as they are sporting a 7-3 coming into this matchup with the Ravens. Continue Reading…

Detroit Lions @ Dallas Cowboys Sun. Nov. 21st 2010 1pm EST

The Dallas Cowboys were arguably the most talented team in the NFL coming into this regular season with high hopes of contending for a Super Bowl title, but unfortunately this season has been an absolute nightmare for Tony Romo and company as they will be coming into Week 11 with just two wins on the year.

Despite having a season that could be one of the worst in recent memory for America’s Team, the Dallas Cowboys are coming off an impressive victory against the division-leading New York Giants and will look to keep the momentum going this week against the up and coming Detroit Lions. Houston Texans @ New York Jets Sun. Nov. 21st 2010 1pm EST

The Houston Texans came into this NFL regular season with high hopes of finally being able to turn the corner and finish ahead of the Indianapolis Colts and the Tennessee Titans in AFC South division, but even though they started the season by getting the best of Peyton Manning and company and seeing Pro Bowl caliber running back emerge in Arian Foster, the Texans have really dropped the ball as of late losing three straight. New York Giants @ Philadelphia Eagles Sun. Nov. 21st 2010 8:20pm EST

The Philadelphia Eagles came into Week 10 against former superstar quarterback Donovan McNabb and the division rival Washington Redskins with high hopes of getting some revenge for their Week 4 loss, but no one expected to see versatile quarterback Michael Vick have the game of his life as he had 413 total yards (333 passing, 80 rushing) and six total touchdowns (four passing, two rushing).

Not only was Vick able to lead the Eagles to a dominant 59-28 victory over the Redskins, but he has really gotten people talking about the possibility of him being the league’s best player this year and winning the NFL MVP. Continue Reading…

Dallas Cowboys @ New York Giants Sun. Nov. 14th 2010 4:15pm EST

The NFC East division is arguably one of the most competitive divisions in the NFL today, but heading into Week 10 the New York Giants are sporting a 6-2 and are sitting pretty comfortably in first place. Even though the Philadelphia Eagles and possibly the Washington Redskins could give Eli Manning and company a run for their money in the race for the division title, the New York Giants look like they could cruise into the playoffs, especially since they have a chance to improve to 7-2 with another win over the Dallas Cowboys in Week 10. New England Patriots @ Pittsburgh Steelers Sun. Nov. 14th 2010 8:20pm EST

No one was really certain what kind of team the New England Patriots would be this season as they have to contend with the New York Jets in the AFC East division and had a questionable defense filled with unproven young players, but so far they have played much better than anticipated with a 6-3 record coming into Week 10’s matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Even though the Pittsburgh Steelers were in a similar boat coming into this season, Mike Tomlin’s squad has also exceeded expectations up to this point in the NFL regular season and will face arguably their toughest opponent in Tom Brady’s New England Patriots this week at Heinz Field. Minnesota Vikings @ Chicago Bears Sun. Nov. 14th 2010 1pm EST

This season has been somewhat of an up and down one for the Chicago Bears as at one point they were one of the few teams left undefeated in the NFL, but since then have struggled to play consistently well as their offensive line has slowly been torn to shreds by opposing defenses.

Coming into Week 10, Jay Cutler and company will be fresh off a bye week, but will be going up against the division rival and a very desperate team in the Minnesota Vikings. This is an interesting NFL betting matchup. Continue Reading…

New York Jets vs Cleveland Browns Sun. Nov. 14th 2010 1pm EST

It is no secret heading into Week 10 that the Super Bowl title contending New York Jets led by quarterback Mark Sanchez have struggled over the last two weeks. As if it weren’t bad enough that they were shutout against the Green Bay Packers in Week 8, in Week 9 they barely came out on top against the up and coming Detroit Lions by getting the win in overtime 23-20.

This week the AFC East division favorites could have their work cut out for them once again as they will head to Cleveland to take on the surprisingly good Browns. Even though the Browns haven’t been given much credit this season, mainly due to their problems at quarterback, they have been able to beat some good teams this season like the defending Super Bowl champion New Orleans Saints and arguably the best team in the league in the New England Patriots. Pittsburgh Steelers vs Cincinnati Bengals Mon. Nov. 8th 2010 8:30pm EST

Last season the Pittsburgh Steelers came into their Super Bowl title defense with high hopes of repeating as Super Bowl champions, but they really struggled from the get go as their defense fell apart without superstar safety Troy Polamalu and their offense was virtually nonexistent.

Fortunately, this season they have been able to get back on track and look like the team that won the Super Bowl a couple of years ago. With a new found sense confidence on both sides of the football, Mike Tomlin’s squad has proved that they are a force to be reckoned with once again and arguably one of the best teams in the NFL this season. Arizona Cardinals vs Minnesota Vikings Sun. Nov. 7th 1pm EST

The Minnesota Vikings have been in the headlines all season long and even though this team loves being in the spotlight, they have been in the headlines for all the wrong reasons.

Not only has Brett Favre been in the headlines for playing poorly in his farewell tour, but he has also been frequently in the news for problems off the field and controversy about his relationship with head coach Brad Childress.  Bodog Sportsbook has the Vikings as +8 favorites this week over the Cards.
