As arguably the two top NFL MVP candidates heading into the last week of the NFL regular season, Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady have been selected as the starters at quarterback for the NFC and AFC Conference in the 2012 NFL Pro Bowl. These selections were no-brainers as Brady and Rodgers have been as advertised this season, but there are some selections like the Philip Rivers of the San Diego Chargers that have left some people shaking their heads.

Here are the Pro Bowl selections on offense (QB, RB, WR and TE) for the AFC and NFC:

NFC Conference

Quarterback

Aaron Rodgers, Green Bay Packers; Drew Brees, New Orleans Saints and Eli Manning, New York Giants

Running Back

LeSean McCoy, Philadelphia Eagles; Matt Forte, Chicago Bears and Frank Gore, San Francisco 49ers

Wide Receiver

Calvin Johnson, Detroit Lions; Larry Fitzgerald, Arizona Cardinals; Steve Smith, Carolina Panthers and Greg Jennings, Green Bay Packers

Tight End

Jimmy Graham, New Orleans Saints and Tony Gonzalez, Atlanta Falcons

AFC Conference

Quarterback

Tom Brady, New England Patriots; Ben Roethlisberger, Pittsburgh Steelers and Philip Rivers, San Diego Chargers (Tim Tebow, Denver Broncos is an alternate)
