#1 Green Bay Packers (14-1)
The defending Super Bowl champion Green Bay Packers were able to stay on track once again in Week 16 with a dominant win over the arch division rival Chicago Bears on Christmas Day. This win may have very well convinced head coach Mike McCarthy to rest his starters in the final week of the NFL regular season against another division rival in the Detroit Lions.
Regardless of what does happen this week against the Lions, the Packers will go into the playoffs as the team to beat and the clear favorites to win a second straight Super Bowl title.
#2 New Orleans Saints (12-3)
After Drew Brees passed Dan Marino for the single-season passing record, the New Orleans Saints improved to 12-3 and have clinched the NFC South division. Now the Saints will be looking to get a first-round bye in the playoffs with a win over the Carolina Panthers in the regular season finale.
Chances are that Drew Brees and company will get the win over Cam Newton and his boys and just might be the toughest competition for the Green Bay Packers in the postseason.
#3 San Francisco 49ers (12-3)
The San Francisco 49ers continue to play some impressive football, especially on defense, but they still have one goal in mind as they would like to lock up the second seed in the NFC Conference before heading into the playoffs.
#4 New England Patriots (12-3)
The New England Patriots got a run for their money in Week 16 against the resurgent Miami Dolphins, but despite being down 17 points at one point, Tom Brady and company came out on top and will head into the playoffs as arguably the team to beat in the AFC Conference.
#3 Baltimore Ravens (11-4)
The Baltimore Ravens continue to play streaky football, but they are still a force to be reckoned with moving forward and could be the team to upset the Patriots.
