San Diego Chargers @ Cincinnati Bengals Sun. Dec. 26th 2010 4:05pm EST
The San Diego Chargers got off to yet another slow start this season as they just couldn’t seem to win football games even though they were arguably the best team in the league on both sides of the football, but as usual, head coach Norv Turner has gotten his team turned around once again and will have his boys ready to gain some more ground in the AFC West division this weekend when they travel to Cincinnati to take on the lowly Bengals.
Despite the Cincinnati Bengals being arguably one of the most talented teams in the NFL on the offensive side of the football coming into this season, but they have failed to live up to expectations this year as they have won just three games this season in their AFC North division title defense.
The addition of superstar wide receiver seemed to work out as T.O. had a great season, but it didn’t result in a winning season for the Bengals as they will almost certainly be headed towards a disappointing loss to the Chargers this Sunday on their home field in Cincinnati.
Coming into this matchup, the San Diego Chargers are -7.5 point favorites to come out on top.
With the Chargers in a must win situation this Sunday if they want to make it into the playoffs, Philip Rivers and company will be giving it all they have this weekend and that is enough to convince me that the San Diego Chargers should just cruise to victory.
Not only has Pro Bowl wide receiver Vincent Jackson gotten back to form after his three touchdown performance last week, but the Bengals will be without Terrell Owens who was put on the IR earlier in the week.
