Kansas City Chiefs vs Indianapolis Colts Sun. Oct. 10th 1pm EST
As the odds on favorites to win the Super Bowl coming into this NFL regular season, the Indianapolis Colts have had a lot of pressure on them early on to win every single game and prove that they are once again Super Bowl bound, but just four weeks into the year, Peyton Manning and company have lost two games within their AFC South division to the Houston Texans and the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Obviously, both the losses to the Texans and the Jaguars were very winnable games, but the Colts just didn’t seem to have the same kind of fire in the fourth quarter in order to make a come from behind victory possible. There are some great matchups this week and what a great time for some NFL football betting.
In Week 5, the Indianapolis Colts will have their work cut out for them once again against the last undefeated team in the league in the up and coming Kansas City Chiefs.
Ironically enough, even though the Chiefs are a perfect 3-0 and the Colts are 2-2 heading into this matchup, Indianapolis is still favored and favored big to come out on top.
As of right now, the spread for this game is -9 in favor of the Indianapolis Colts.
There is no question that the Indianapolis Colts will be coming out to prove a point in this game against the undefeated Kansas City Chiefs, but with the way Matt Cassel and company have been playing on both sides of the football, I believe this spread is pretty ridiculous as the Chiefs could very well come out with their fourth win of the season against the defending AFC champion Colts.
Even though almost everyone will have the Indianapolis Colts winning this matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs, I believe the Chiefs will surprise some people in this game with their trick plays on offense and their lockdown defense.
