New England Patriots vs Cleveland Browns Sun. Nov. 7th 1pm EST

The New England Patriots are rolling right now as they are coming off a big win over former superstar wide receiver Randy Moss and the Minnesota Vikings, but with the New York Jets being in the same division and threatening to win the AFC East division title this season, Tom Brady and company need to keep winning football games week in and week out.

Fortunately, the win over the Vikings put the Patriots in the top spot in the AFC East division, but if they don’t keep it up, Rex Ryan’s squad will take advantage.

In Week9, Bill Belichick’s Patriots will head to Cleveland to take on the lowly Browns. Even though the Browns were able to get the best of the defending Super Bowl champion New Orleans Saints back in Week 7, Colt McCoy and company are still a struggling NFL franchise looking to get something going on both sides of the football.

Obviously, the New England Patriots are the favorites to come out on top in this AFC Conference showdown as they could very well be the best team in the league coming into Week 9, but their secondary will be tested as up and coming running back Peyton Hillis is having a breakout season and put up some big numbers on defenses like the Baltimore Ravens.

As of right now, the spread for this game is -6.5 in favor of the New England Patriots. I believe this is a steal for all you avid sports bettors as there could be a blowout on the horizon for the Patriots.

Even though the Cleveland Browns might be able to give the New England Patriots a run for their money in the first half, Belichick’s squad should cruise to victory in the second half and easily cover the spread.
