Los Angeles Clippers at Orlando Magic Tues. Feb. 8, 2011 7 p.m. EST

Over the past couple of decades, the Los Angeles Clippers have been arguably the worst team in the NBA with little to no hope for the future. No matter what players they draft, players they sign or trade they make, the Clippers never seem to get it right. Get in on some NBA Betting action tonight.

Whether they have been just plagued with injuries, cursed with awful top 10 draft picks or just trying to break out of the shadow of their neighbors in the Los Angeles Lakers, the Los Angeles Clippers have just seemed to be doomed NBA franchise, but there finally seems to be some light at the end of the tunnel.

Last season the Clippers looked like they had made yet another bad draft decision by picking the Oklahoma Sooners’ forward Blake Griffin with the first overall pick. Before he had even played an NBA regular season game, Griffin went down with a season-ending knee injury and it was just the same old story for this cursed Los Angeles franchise.

Fortunately, this season Griffin was healthy and ready to go. Even though people doubted his ability to be a dominant force in the league, the rookie forward has done just that and made the Clippers relevant once again.

Even though there finally seems to be some light at the end of the tunnel, Griffin will have his work cut out for him on Tuesday night as the Clippers will head to Orlando to take on Dwight Howard and the Magic.

With the paint being Howard’s domain, the rookie forward could find it hard to do what he does in Orlando, but the Magic have struggled as of late which means the Clippers could quite possibly pull off the upset.

As of right now, the Orlando Magic are favored with a point spread of -9.5, but I believe taking the Los Angeles Clippers at +9.5 would be the best bet here.
