The 2011 NCAA Tournament is officially underway and the March Madness has begun, but even though there will be plenty of talented teams and players to watch throughout this tourney, there are three superstars that will stick out amongst the rest.

Here are the three players to keep your eye on during March Madness:

Kemba Walker, UConn Huskies

The UConn Huskies might not be the team they were a few years ago as they were favorites to win the NCAA Tournament, but they are arguably the most exciting team coming into the Big Dance as they have played extremely well over the past couple of weeks and will look to bring that momentum into the tournament.

The one player that has been the main reason for the Huskies recent success has been Player of the Year candidate Kemba Walker. With multiple game-winning shots recently and the ability to just light up the scoreboard at will, this kid might be able to single-handedly lead UConn to the Final Four.

Jimmer Fredette, BYU Cougars

Arguably the most exciting player in college basketball right now is the BYU Cougars scoring machine Jimmer Fredette. Before this season began, no one knew the potential of this kid, but has been all anyone can talk about as there just seems to be no limit to his scoring ability.

Whether or not Fredette is good enough to lead his team to the promise land in the NCAA Tournament remains to be seen, but one thing is for sure, this kid will put on a show!

Jared Sullinger, Ohio State Buckeyes

Out of the three Player of the Year candidates on this list, the one player with the best team around him is Jared Sullinger. With the Ohio State Buckeyes being arguably the best team in college basketball right now, they are favored to do pretty well in the NCAA Tournament as the consensus is that they will win it all.

The main reason for this sentiment is that Sullinger is leading the way for this team. The forward might not light up the scoreboard like Walker and Fredette do, but he just get the job done and could be on the verge of leading his team to the NCAA Championship game.
