A couple of weeks ago, CBS announced that Spears would be the next celebrity to ride along with Corden.
By far the most famous of the carpools is Corden's drive with the Biebs.
"I went out and I thought it was like a wave pool, and I was like, This is so nice and refreshing and just handsome", the 34-year-old singer told BBC Radio 1 (via Us Weekly). Spears plays along, "You're welcome..."
Spears lip-syncs along with her driver during the teaser, perhaps in an effort to preserve her voice for the real deal, before the two discuss Spears' role as a mother.
But despite it all, she is still one of the biggest artists on the planet, with even a sell-out Las Vegas residency to her name.
"I'm not dirty, I can't shake the image from my brain!" he replies.
During the interview, Britney - whose long-awaited ninth album, Glory, is set for release on Friday - opened up about a range of topics, from working with "divas" in the music industry, to meeting Justin Bieber, and performing at the Super Bowl.

The 34-year-old star said she was sucked under powerful "six foot waves" for five minutes.
So putting two and two together, the funnyman wondered if the popstar's kids had seen her perform in sin city. And yet, all the while, something was missing.
Most of all we're pumped about how incredible Britney looks. Now, Spears appears ready to give us her all again.
Slapping the 38-year-old for his naughty comment, Britney gasped "You're so dirty!"
Despite the album leaking out, the majority of fans seem unconcerned.
